    Summary

    Within Enerflex Water Solutions, a division of Enerflex, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer with experience in the oil industry focusing on produced water treatment operations. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer will be involved in various responsibilities ranging from water-related process studies to troubleshooting. We are seeking someone with a strong foundation in integrity, commitment, and creativity to drive our organization forward. This position is based in our Calgary Water Solutions location.

    Principle Responsibilities and Duties

    • Understand client requirements and specifications for water treatment packages.
    • Familiarity with major water treatment systems such as flotation, oil-water separation, and filtration.
    • Knowledge of industrial water treatment systems and chemicals used in the industry.
    • Prepare technical proposals, RFQs, feasibility studies, and conceptual designs.
    • Design calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing.
    • Represent EWS at design review meetings and support project engineering teams.
    • Conduct troubleshooting and provide field support during commissioning.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with P.Eng. or EIT status.
    Minimum of 12 to 15 years of process engineering experience, particularly in produced water treatment units. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and proficiency in various software programs. Willingness to travel internationally and excellent communication skills.
