We are currently seeking a
LIBOR Project Manager to assist with a SOFR to LIBOR implementation to join our team

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for all aspects of project management and project quality.
Lead projects of medium or large size and high priority, with strategic impact to the organization, by identifying necessary project resources and negotiating support from the various business units.
Lead project teams using best practices and applicable project delivery methodologies (outcome based or hybrid).
Develop, track and handle project budget, project plans, timelines and outcomes in a Global Initiative tool.
Manage, track and resolve project issues/risks.
Develop and provide communication, as necessary, to all project team members and/or stakeholders.
Identify and assess benefits and risks and makes key decisions, in collaboration with your key stakeholders.
Develop an understanding of new technology and its impact beyond the business unit.

Requirements:

57 years project management experience

-
LIBOR experience:

Previous financial/banking experience
General derivatives understanding experience with Findur is an asset
Clear communication, with ability clearly communicate with CIOs, business VPs and technical teams alike
Selfstarter/gogetter personality who has a track record of being proactive vs. reactive.
