Verdant Energy Management Solutions is one of the fastest growing divisions in the Emerson ComRes Division and we need a collaborative, results-oriented, Channel partner sales manager to promote our technology within our strategic OEM customer base.

We are looking for a salesperson who is consistent and persistent to educate and to provide tools to our OEM partners so that they may best position our technology within their customer base.

This role is designed to assist our OEM partners and their network.

This channel sales professional will also lead the successful execution of our hardware and software within our OEM customer base, so we are positioned for growth in every strategic account.


As a Channel Partner Sales Manager, You will:

  • Identify and service key influencers in each strategic established channel account.
  • Schedule effective Product and Sales Training to OEM Channel Partners
  • Respond to incoming requests from partners and reps quotes & sales support.
  • Conduct web demonstrations for our OEM partners that lead to a sale.
  • Manage the onboarding and execution of our hardware and software for our OEM customers.
  • Work with customer support ensuring OEM customers needs are met.
  • Working with Salesforce CRM (updating quotes & opportunities)
  • Work weekly with the Director of OEM sales/team leader to achieve sales goals and positioning within each strategic account.
  • Identify new construction opportunities in collaboration with hospitality team.

Who You Are:
You have the ability to identify and seize new opportunities with existing channel partners. Charismatic public speaker, comfortable presenting to an audience. You are strategic and understand the nuances of account selling. You are resilient and maintain a positive attitude despite adversity. The ability to thrive in a high pace environment and multitask. You love working within a competitive team and thrive on winning together.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • 2 years of B2B inside sales experience or relevant experience
  • Excellent with time management and being organized.
  • Strong record of success meeting sales goals within a sales team
  • Competent project management skills that allow you to move multiple projects towards completion.
  • Superlative training skills that allow you to identify and fill knowledge gaps within the strategic influencers of a project and or sales team.
  • Very comfortable with analytics, spreadsheets, and a CRM
  • Superlative written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English written and oral

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is a definite asset.
  • French a definite asset.
