A little bit about you
Reporting directly to the Sales Support Specialist Manager and supported by a dedicated team of customer care professionals, the Sales Support Specialist, will be responsible for:

  • Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers
  • Performing order entry and reverse entry processes
  • Answering questions about shipping, pricing, and other customer queries
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending the best lighting solutions for their design
  • Collaborating with our Sales, Warehouse and Production teams to meet project deliverables
  • Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and are have satisfied at the end of the transaction

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of Customer Care experience preferably in a Logistics, Supply Chain industry or equivalent.
  • Postsecondary education is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Office Suite (Word, Excel) and prior exposure to inventory management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask using good judgement so to exceed customer expectations.
  • Capacity to stay calm under pressure so to achieve optimal results.
  • Shows resilience in a fast paced ever changing environment.
  • Willing to ask questions to find the answers you need.
  • Strong relational and influential skills.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skill.
  • Positive team attitude and ability to prioritize your work.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
