    • BENEFITS & PERKS

  • Tool Allowance – All Licenced Technicians, Working Shop Foreman, and 3rd/4th year Apprentices receive $1,000 every year.
  • Boot Allowance – All Licenced Technicians, Working Shop Foreman, and 3rd/4th year Apprentices receive up to $300 every two years.
  • Signing Bonus – Licensed Technician candidates that are successfully hired will receive a signing bonus of up to $5,000. The signing bonus is up to managements discretion and will be tied to experience and education.
  • Continuous training opportunities as we support and encourage ongoing factory training. Business travel expenses for training purposes are paid for by the company.

    • ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Dedicated to quality of workmanship, diagnostics and maintenance repair as per required standards.
  • Perform new vehicle Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to factory standards.
  • Reports all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
  • Refers to images and/or videos provided by the customer or service advisor to assist in identifying repairs needed.
  • Performs road tests to identify issues and subsequently confirms repairs are completed to a satisfactory level.
  • Provides service advisors a summary of additional maintenance and/or required work that needs to be performed.
  • Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates through utilizing our dealership software.
  • Accurately record the cause and correction of the issue in our dealership software on customer repair orders.
  • Completes the Technician portion and related inspection forms.
  • Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.

    • ABOUT YOU

  • Automotive Service Technician Trade certification. We would consider an outstanding 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Technician with the right attitude and desire to learn.
  • Experience with Import, European or Luxury vehicles is an asset.
  • You have a valid Driver's license and provide a Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to carefully and safely drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items and equipment such as tires, tools and equipment.
  • You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills.
