Summary
The Location Coordinator assists the camp Location Director on their day-to-day camp operations.

Their role is to coordinate activities and inventory as well as managing crises and supervising the staff on the field.

They are present every day at camp and are responsible for ensuring everybody's satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Off Season_
Attend mandatory management trainings.
Attend the mandatory yearly retreat.
On Season_
Assist the Location Manager with daily tasks.
Maintain constant communication with the Location Director regarding daily schedules, needs, and concerns.
Supervise, mentor, and assist camp staff.
Coordinate and lead group activities with counselors.
Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
Provide resources and manage inventory for counselors throughout the day.

Qualifications

Experience in camp management and/or related roles.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Drive.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Bilingual in English and French
Possession of a valid driver's license is considered an asset.

Schedule and Job Type

Part-Time for Off-Season, Full-Time for On-Season
Part-Time for trainings depending on camp worked
