In this role, you'll have the option to work remotely or at the CDW Canada office closest to you.

What you'll do

· Implement Microsoft Copilot for M365 for our clients, working independently and collaboratively on project-based engagements.

· Deliver Microsoft Workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoC) in various areas

· Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle from project kickoff, to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.

· Create project documentation such as diagrams and configuration "as-built" documents.

· Participate in architectural design discussions and scoping related activities.

· Assist pre-sales Solution Architects by reviewing Statement of Work and Work Breakdown documentation to ensure that estimates and expectations align with technical tasks.

· Attend company-wide meetings, team meetings, and one-on-one touchpoints with management.

· Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking and status reporting.

What you need to succeed

Must-have

· 5+ years of IT experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role, OR:

o 2+ years of IT consulting experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role.

· Experience with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI or similar technologies and the willingness to complete training and certifications in the AI space.

· 2 or more Microsoft certification(s) related to Microsoft 365 administration, security and\or architecture. Equivalent experience will be considered.

· Specific implementation experience in 2 or more of the following areas:

o Copilot for M365 or equivalent

o Teams Implementation

o SharePoint implementation

· Experience troubleshooting in large, enterprise environments with exposure to formal change control processes.

· Strong organizational and time management skills (you will be working with multiple different clients and projects at the same time).

· Professional demeanor, good communication, eagerness to provide positive business outcomes and excellent customer service.

· The ability to pass a background check and attain Government of Canada Security Clearance.

· Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident of Canada status.

Nice-to-have

· Previous experience as a consultant or in a customer facing technical support role.

· Experience managing, administering, and implementing services in large enterprise environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.

· Implementation experience in the following areas:

o Microsoft Purview

o Microsoft Azure

o Microsoft Power Platform

o Microsoft Viva

· Additional certifications related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.

· Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and Partner of Record programs.
