The Role of HR Consultancy & HR F2F Premium Services Manager

Job Purpose:
To manage the Employment Consultancy Team and F2F Team.


Job Overview:

You will primarily be responsible for managing a team of professional, high quality and client focused HR Professionals to our rapidly growing client base.

The position holder will be responsible for managing performance, providing regular reports on activity as well as leading and coaching a team of consultants.


Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of HRBPs, the EDC team and F2F Consultants.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to the Associate Director
  • Service and other required parties on the activity of the Employment Consultancy Team.
  • Undertake training and coaching for the HR Consultancy Team and F2F Team.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and negative reviews received about the HR consultancy team and F2F Team.
  • Work with other service managers/leaders and share best practices.
  • Arrange and lead biweekly team meetings.
  • Attend conference calls with counterparts across Group, on an as scheduled basis.
  • Conduct monthly oneones with team members. Manage performance issues and expectations.
  • Complete quality assurance reviews for the team on a monthly basis
  • Provide live listening and direct coaching to the team
  • Attend biweekly Salesforce meetings to prioritize process changes.
  • Conduct semiannually performance reviews for the team.
  • Complete HR Consultancy objectives on a quarterly basis or as required.
  • Responsible for interviewing, selecting and onboarding new HR Consultancy Team members.
  • Responsible for the offboarding of HR Consultancy Team Members.
  • Liaise with legal to stay on top of changing employment legislation in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and all other provinces we provide services too and update documentation, as required.
  • Train and coach members of the HR Consultancy Team.
  • Oversee and/or lead the development of any new programs or software platforms that will be launched within the HR Consultancy Team.
  • Maintain and update documentation library in DocBuilder.
  • Manage your workload in accordance with Peninsula's current policies and procedures to ensure expectations are met.
  • Ensure the HR Consultancy Team's deadlines and targets are met on a consistent basis.

  • Manage clients annual review bookings and manage proper expectation with the consultancy team and with clients
  • Review and areas of opportunity relating to operational performance and efficiency
  • Develop, implement and review HR consultancy operational policies and procedures/process guides
  • Identify and address problems and areas of opportunity within the organization
  • To review staffing levels and productivity across HR Consultancy & F2F teams to ensure they are in line with budget and operational requirements
  • To accurately prepare forecasts for HR Consultancy team and F2F team workloads and staffing requirements, ensuring any areas of concerns are highlighted and appropriate solutions are proposed
  • To review, monitor and report on all service teams productivity on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to ensure each team is optimizing performance of all service
  • To produce monthly operational reports for Leadership and Executive Teams (13 MoM)
  • To work with Business Intelligence teams & Salesforce to consistently deliver, review and evolve our operational reporting suite and quickly identify any trends based to drive operational effectiveness.
  • To be a key influencer in the ongoing development of our HR Consultancy & F2F case management system and other internal systems.
  • Work with your manager and the UK to launch new products and services.
  • Promote usage and increase client utilization within your team.
