    Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Administrative Assistant (Professional Services) at our Administration Office located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

    What you'll do:

    • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach

    • Assist in the maintenance of corporate governance policies and procedures

    • Coordinate and organize board meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials

    • Manage onboarding of new memberships

    • Support the administration of the gift card fundraising program including tracking of donations, coordinating communications, and collaborating with participating groups

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and prepare sustainability reports

    • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events including meetings, conferences, and community engagement activities

    • Deliver legendary customer experiences by addressing member needs professionally and efficiently

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club program which includes coordinating Kids Club memberships, communications, and special events

    • Prepare professional business communications, documents, spreadsheets and presentations

    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department and executive assistant

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Who you'll work with: Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will work at strengthening relationships with delegates, directors, and the larger community through the corporate governance structure, policies, and programs to ensure a high level of satisfaction for members, customers, and team members.

    Who you are:
    You are looking for a career in Administration and:

    • You have a Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or Management, or an Office Administration Certificate or a combination of relevant education and experience

    • You have 2-5 years of proven experience in an administrative assistant position

    • You must be able to balance multiple priorities with minimum direction producing high quality confidential work while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

    • You are honest and trustworthy, and strive to be the best in what you do

    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    • You are meticulous, thorough, and precise in your work

    • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude combined with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and to maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and individuals

    • You take initiative, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work with limited supervision

    • You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, particularly when dealing with members, board of directors, and team members
