    About the Role:
    The scope of this position is to be responsible for dispatching units to pickup and delivery freight, monitoring the performance of drivers and ensuring customer timelines are adhered to.
    • Coordinating Deliveries, assigning pick up requests' and entering line haul orders on the system
    • Answer phone from drivers and customer
    • Coordinate daily P & D requirements
    • Perform clerical duties for compliance and broke pay as required by the role
    • Review yard check to ensure freight is not missed and trucks are on schedule
    • Other related duties as assigned

    What you bring:
    • Strong motivation to keep deliveries moving across Canada
    • 3-5 Years' Experience in a Transportation/Dispatching/dock supervision
    • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent knowledge of Transportation & City and understanding of the geography
    • Ability to work with people from varied backgrounds
    • Ability to work in a very fast paced and high-volume environment
    • Computer Experience
    • Care and attention to health and safety standards
    Who you are:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to manage demands and resolve issues with drivers, coworkers, etc.
    • Must have a strong sense of urgency
