    Technicien en télécommunications

    Responsabilités et tâches : Sous la responsabilité du Directeur technique, le technicien reçoit ses instructions de travail du chef d'équipe sénior. Ses principales tâches seront d'offrir une assistance technique aux différents membres de l'équipe et de participer activement à la réalisation des différents projets sur le terrain dans le domaine des télécommunications, communications sans fil, radiodiffusions, réseaux IP, infrastructures et fibres optiques. Il pourrait ainsi être appelé à travailler dans le groupe d'ingénierie de détail, notamment au niveau du câblage structuré, des technologies IP, des équipements optoélectroniques, du réseau extérieur, des technologies « fiber to the home » (FTTH), de la conception de salle de télécommunications, etc.

    DESCRIPTION DES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS

    Sous la supervision directe du directeur du département technique, appuyé par l'un des directeurs d'ingénierie ou d'un technicien sénior, vous aurez la responsabilité de :

    • Effectuer des relevés techniques et des mesures terrain;
    • Effectuer la maintenance de site de télécommunication ou de radiodiffusion;
    • Effectuer des montages et la programmation d'équipement de télécommunication;
    • Vérifier la qualité de différentes installations à l'aide d'équipements d'essais et de procédures;
    • Analyser et résoudre des problèmes techniques;
    • Installer et configurer les postes de travail des utilisateurs;
    • Participer à la conception des plans, devis et documents techniques selon les normes du client;
    • Émettre ou maintenir des devis détaillés d'installation au niveau des bâtis et de la salle d'équipements;
    • Émettre ou maintenir des devis d'installation d'équipements de télécommunications;
    • Participer aux rencontres de suivi de projets;
    • Collaborer avec les différents membres de l'équipe technique et travailler en collaboration avec les différents groupes associés aux projets;
    • Habileté à travailler dans un milieu structuré et organisé (normes et standard).

    PROFIL ET EXIGENCES

    Le candidat doit posséder idéalement des connaissances générales des différents systèmes de transmission sans fil et des normes de l'industrie des télécommunications et avoir des aptitudes autant pour le travail seul qu'en équipe.

    • Disponible pour voyager partout au Québec et au Canada;
    • Permis de conduire classe 5 obligatoire;
    • Avoir une bonne maîtrise des principes de base des systèmes à Radiofréquence;
    • Être rigoureux et méthodique;
    • Savoir s'adapter aux évolutions technologiques;
    • Attestation ASP Construction serait souhaitable;
    • Bonne communication écrite et orale;
    • Disposé à effectuer du travail en hauteur (toiture et tour de télécom);
    • Expérience en radiodiffusion et/ou radiocommunication sont un atout;
    • Connaissance de base de l'informatique et des systèmes IP (CCNA un atout).
