Project Management Freelance Customer Service / Support

Description

beBee Professionals is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Quebec City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

Developing project plans, including goals, tasks, resources, timelines and budgets
Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensuring resource availability and allocation
Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Reporting and escalating to management as needed
Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Performing risk management to minimize project risks

The successful candidate should have:

Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
