Customer Service Coordinator
We are a consumer-packaged goods company located in the heart of downtown Montreal. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to support the customer service team.

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for, responding to customer reviews online (Amazon), providing appropriate replacement recommendations to agents, reviewing refund reports, researching missing product information, updating information for the agents, preparing weekly reports, plus special projects as they arise.

Charged with ensuring we deliver best in class customer service to the end user and provide support to implement best practice processes to ensure state of the art service.


Requirements:


  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Prior experience using Zendesk, an asset
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Pays close attention to details
  • Runs weekly reporting for Management
  • Ability to understand the differences in the product line to provide suitable replacement recommendations for consumers.
  • Works on constantly reviewing and finetuning scripts. Supports in the creation of new scripts.
  • Retains new sku information to ensure all customer facing contact points are up to date on new portfolio
  • Helps create and maintain FAQ list for various websites
  • Ensures call wait time stays within corporate limits, advises management of any potential issues
  • Responds to social media reviews and questions
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Able to implement process
  • Friendly, courteous and enjoy dealing with people
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Prepare spreadsheets for reconciliation (refunds)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
This is a permanent position. Salary to reflect experience. Work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:30-17:00 pm. We offer summer and winter hours where we finish earlier on Fridays. Hybrid work environment.
