We are looking for driven Pre-construction Real Estate Sales Representative( must be licenced).

We are looking to grow our Pre-Construction department and are looking for those that love condos & Pre-Construction development.

If you are a team player and want to grow your business, we have platinum access to Pre-construction projects across Ontario.

Role Description:_

Guide investors, customers & clients through the new home buying process.
Carry out sales and required follow up
Closing sales for new homes to meet or exceed company goals
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Must be focused and dedicated to business development.

Role Requirements:_

Must be a licensed Realtor through RECO and in good standing
Previous experience with preconstruction properties and condos.
Must have recent sales in new construction properties and condominiums
Ability to work independently and within a team
Able to work under pressure
Selfmotivated, ambitious individual who is versatile and can work in a fastpaced team environment
Must Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customerfocused and dedicated to delivering high quality service
Professionally polished with strong oral and written communication skills
Possess energy, passion, and drive to succeed in the industry
Provides exceptional buyer experiences to all clients
Strong closing skills a must
Traveling and working evenings/weekends is required
