- Delivering the agreed business objectives as assigned.
- Answer technical sales questions for dealership and HCMA field based employees.
- Develop sales support material to aid dealership sales personnel in understanding HCMA and competitive products
- Drive and support assigned dealers in the sales of all products
- Take appropriate actions on concerns and issues from dealers
- Coordinate and perform sales training activities
- Monitor, follow-up and report sub-regional market dynamics and dealer sales performance
- Work with Product management to secure dealer competencies and motivate dealer in product sales
- Communicate to the Director of Regional Business possibilities/risks regarding discounts affecting price realization and market share in sub-region
- Work with Regional Service Managers to develop assigned dealers product support departments, and to resolve technical issues
- Support Key Account & governmental activities for assigned area
- Market share for company/assigned dealers
- Being the sales specialist commercial interface for assigned dealers
- Managing the development, implementation and follow-up of product business plan
- Driving discussions concerning sales support adjustments (training, material, etc.)
- Effective implementation of company and dealer sales training tools
- Contribution goals, operating expenses and customer satisfaction for assigned dealers
- (Minimum) Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, or management
- (Preferred) Masters degree in marketing, finance, or management
- Extensive industry experience and knowledge may be considered in lieu of degree requirements in exceptional circumstances
- (Minimum) 5 years practical working experience in steering a distribution network toward profitability and growth
- (Preferred) 10 years practical working experience in steering a distribution network toward profitability and growth Additional Important Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (preferred in Eastern Canada)
- Works in both office and field environments
- Able to perform duties effectively in a fast paced environment whether working autonomously or under direction
- Extensive travel may be required
