Description

Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Lead the product industrialization projects (needs analysis, definition of requirements, schedule monitoring, risk management, identification of stakeholders);
Carry out technical studies (time and motion, production line balancing, layout plans, etc.);
taking into account basic ergonomic concepts;
Produce technical documentation for assembly lines;
Define and implement training needs for production;
Analyse project needs in line with the industrialization strategy;
Document projects and processes;
Respect quality procedures relating to production and product development;
College degree (DEC - Industrial or Mechanical Engineering);
~ Lean Manufacturing Certification an asset.
~Advanced Microsoft Office software skills:
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio;
Programming (SQL, VBA) an asset;
Able to effectively communicate, orally and written, in French.
Able to effectively communicate, orally and written, in English to interact daily with international colleagues, clients and partners who do not speak French;
Good sense of analysis and organisation;
Be able to manage several projects at once;

Knowledge of software:
Solidwork, AutoCad, SketchUp, Virtual Process (Asset);
Flexible hours (if applicable)
