What will you be doing?

Electrical Testing: Conduct rigorous electrical testing and inspection of aerospace components and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to resolve problems efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee the reliability and performance of electrical systems in MMIST's products.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test results, procedures, and equipment calibration, following established documentation standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to provide technical expertise, resolve electrical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on test equipment and tools, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning correctly.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing procedures and equipment, and actively participate in their implementation.

What do we need from you?

Proven experience as an Electrical Test Technician ideally in an aerospace or defense manufacturing environment or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical testing methods, equipment, and industry standards.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and interpreting schematics.
Detailoriented with excellent documentation skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
Experience with ISO 9001:2000 and/or AS9100 would be an asset
