    Job Summary

    The Faculty of Education is seeking qualified sessional instructors to teach three credit hour courses in the integrated B.Ed./B.A.

    program at our Opaskwayak (OEA) site in The Pas, Manitoba:

    Schedule:    6:00 pm – 9:00 pm/ Fridays9:00 am – 3:00 pm/ SaturdaysJanuary 11, 12,/ February 8, 9.March 8,9 and April 5,6.

    These times and days may be negotiated to meet the instructor's schedule.    Canada is a huge country.

    Although it is politically a single nation, it contains enormous diversity in both human and physical characteristics from place to place.

    It is therefore useful to divide the country into discrete areas which are relatively homogenous, that is, regions, in order to gain a greater understanding of the differences between places and the way such areas relate to one another.

    This course is an exploration of the geography of Canada through the use of the concept of the region as applied to this country.
