    Administrative Support Schedule

    This will be a site based role located at the construction site at Lynn Lake in Manitoba.

    The role will be remote until the team is mobilized to site, which will be at the end of 2024.

    The project is expected to run until June 2027.

    We are currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is a full-time position based in Manitoba.

    We are currently undertaking an ambitious mining project in a remote location and are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support our project team on-site.

    Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    Assist in organizing project-related events, meetings, and conferences.
    Manage project documentation, including filing, tracking, and archiving.
    Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and community members.
    Assist with procurement activities, such as purchasing office supplies and equipment.
    Support the project manager with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

    Technical and Industry Experience:
    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Knowledge of the mining industry or previous experience working in a remote location is a plus.
    Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
    Degree in Bachelors.
