About the Role

Under the guidance of the Associate Director, Student Engagement and Retention and the general direction of the Student Engagement and Retention management team, the NCAA Student Program Coordinator develops and implements integrated NCAA varsity student support programs and services for all university campuses.

The incumbent develops and coordinates advising and retention services and programming for NCAA varsity students.

The incumbent of the position participates in the development of both university-wide NCAA athlete student programs and student engagement & retention division-wide services and infrastructure planning.

The Coordinator manages the evaluation, assessment, integration and administration of SFU's NCAA student academic support programs. The incumbent is responsible for the financial management pertaining to the NCAA tutoring budget and Human Resources capital budget.
