Reddit Operations Manager
Rate is $30-40 per hour
12+ months, 40 hours per week
Onsite downtown Toronto 3x per week.
Our client in the FI space, is looking for a Project/ Ops Manager, who will focus solely on Reddit. You will build and operationalize the organization's approach to Reddit. You will serve as the central point of coordination, guidance, and oversight for everything related to the platform.
Responsibilities:
to develop and own the company-wide Reddit strategy , this will include approach, guidelines & best practices, and strategic recommendations.
create a Reddit playbook to help internal marketing teams launch and manage their presence.
You will develop a Reddit Blueprint to scale across the organization.
define what Reddit engagement should look like across the organization and identify opportunities for scalable growth.
partner closely with AI, SEO, and social teams to establish best practices for engagement and response.
manage brand level comments and responses, and ensure they consistent with legal, risk and communications teams.
Qualifications:
STRONG understanding of Reddit culture, communicates and engagement best practices.
experience running and managing Reddit strategies for brands.
you must be a strong Reddit user and have an understanding of culture, etiquette, communities etc.
Experience with Social platforms, ie. Sprinklr, Hootsuite etc.
Comfortable guiding and presenting to teams who are newer to the platform.
Comfortable working with stakeholders and executives (you would ideally be teaching them the ins and outs of Reddit).
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
