    ~ Coordinate and manage project schedules as they relate to delivering the technical project documents for all project sizes and typologies
    ~ Resolve complex design and technical issues; provide technical expertise in the detailed design of buildings for all project sizes and typologies, including large or complex projects
    ~ Prepare contract drawings, coordinate specifications, schedules, details and sketches from conceptual design through to construction
    ~ Provide leadership and direction to team members to develop in-house expertise and methodologies (technical and quality standards, etc.) to advance the group and the efficiency and effectiveness of our architectural work
    ~ Lead the building of architectural BIM models, starting in Concept/Schematic Design and through all design and construction phases
    ~ Lead model and drawing coordination with the project consultant team using cloud-based software
    ~ Opportunity to engage in contract administration of medium-large projects (
    ~$100 million construction value) with minimal supervision, including discipline coordination and working with Clients, Authorities Having Jurisdiction, and Contractors directly where required

    Minimum of 12 years' experienceasan architectural technologist, including a minimum of five years as a Job Captain overseeing technical production on large complex projects
    Strong Revit skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD is required
    Architectural technology diploma is required, Licensed Technologist AAA is an asset
    LEED AP is an asset
    Strong knowledge of building codes, building construction systems, building materials and specifications
