    Work Details:

    Key Tasks:

    • Coordinate subcontractors' activities
    • Evaluate and oversee daily operations
    • Organize and plan daily activities
    • Prepare construction project budget estimates
    • Establish and enforce quality control policies and procedures
    • Utilize CADD and various computer software systems
    • Interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings
    • Manage budgets effectively
    • Direct procurement of building materials and land acquisitions
    • Implement quality control programs and risk management plans
    • Analyze data and information
    • Generate and submit reports and estimates
    • Lead, control, and assess daily operations

    Certificates, Licences, and Courses:

    • First Aid Certificate
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Gold Seal Membership in the Canadian Construction Association

    Computer and Technology Skills:

    • AutoCAD
    • MS Excel
    • MS Office
    • MS Outlook

    Transportation/Travel Information:

    • Valid driver's license
    • Willingness to travel regularly
    • Driver's abstract
