    Hiive is a fintech/marketplace startup connecting buyers and sellers of stock of pre-IPO companies. Owning existing banking relationships, and establishing new ones as the growth of the business requires.
    Maintaining critical treasury management technologies.
    Preparing weekly, rolling cash flow forecasts to give the leadership team clear oversight of short term cash requirements.
    Preparing key FINRA regulatory submissions as they pertain to treasury operations.
    Developing and maintaining a foreign currency risk mitigation process.
    Developing and maintaining a strategy to maximise investment income on excess funds.
    Supporting strategic finance projects as needed.
    Have knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

    Be proficient in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, cap table management systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial modelling.

    5+ years of banking operations, treasury, or related experience.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
    Experience with Carta or similar technology is an asset.
    Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Designation, or working towards it, is an asset.
    Experience working in a growth start-up, or rapidly changing environment is considered an asset.
    Experience working in the capital markets or technology industry is also considered an asset.
