We are looking for a recruiting manager to join our regional HR team located in one of our hotels, the majestic Marriott Château Champlain in downtown Montreal.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will:

  • Participate in the start-up of recruitment for our 12 hotels, our head office employees, our Tennis Club, and our real estate employees
  • Prepare and publish creative and attractive job postings
  • Prepare internal job postings for our unionized positions in accordance with each hotel's collective agreement
  • Conduct headhunting via our LinkedIn recruiter license, working with agencies as needed
  • Work with immigration partners for foreign hires
  • Identify the best channels to attract talent
  • Update the ATS and other recruitment platforms
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs
  • Perform any other related HR tasks

You have:


  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
  • Excellent attention to detail when writing ads
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (for recruiting our hotels and properties outside of Quebec)
  • Very good spelling, especially in French
  • Understanding of collective agreement requirements
  • Use of social networks for recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of ATS VidCruiter (asset)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter License (asset)
