    Description

    The Métis Economic Development Organization (MEDO) is a business investment and management firm, and proud affiliate of the Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF), that works to make key business investment decisions based on generating profit and building capacity for the long-term sustainability of the Red River Métis within Manitoba.

    The MEDO seeks to fill one full-time Pharmacist position located at 150 Henry Ave in Winnipeg, MB.

    A service and results orientated approach is required to ensure that our customer needs are met in a timely, responsive, and professional manner.

    Operating hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.
    Assist the Pharmacy Manager with dispensing responsibilities;


    • Perform technical requirements and prescription entry into computer system;
    • Ensure pharmacy cleanliness is maintained;
    • Supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacy Technicians;
    • Manage inventory levels;
    • Minimum 1 years' previous retail pharmacy experience;
    • Familiarity with KROLL and point of sale software is a definite asset;
    • High level of professionalism, energy and enthusiasm;
    • Demonstrated ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment including interacting with all health care practitioners and students.
