    Description
    The Staffing Manager will be responsible for managing staffing communications and actions for their assigned talent pools and stakeholders. Responsible for scheduling capacity versus incoming demands, rotations, replacement and renewals.
    Responsible for overall demand management.
    Minimum of a bachelor's degree
    ~6+ years of professional experience in resource and demand management
    ~ Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, acting as a consultant and guide, and not an order taker
    ~ Experience in people management and a passion for investing in our talent
    ~ Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
