Position summary


Position entails answering phones, meeting & greeting clients, handling all incoming mail/packages, assisting with accounts payable and supporting various departments with filing, photocopying and special projects as needed.


Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Answering, assisting, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals/departments
  • Greeting visitors/Reps/clients, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate individuals
  • Receive and distribute mail daily
  • Input of Accounts Payable; verification of invoices, 2way matching and cheque printing
  • Filing
  • Letter writing
  • Special projects
  • Travel arrangements
  • Ordering office supplies/coffee/milk
  • Assist President, Project/Production/Office Managers with other tasks as requested

Education and experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Knowledge and skills

  • Computer literate
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, Knowledge of Acomba Accounting software an asset


  • Language skills

  • Fluently bilingual both written & oral

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
