This position is located in Strathroy, ON.

Primary Purpose of Position
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Analyst to join our Corporate Team.

As an Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects to optimize business processes and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models
Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
Identify data quality issues and develop solutions to improve data accuracy and integrity
Develop presentation materials to effectively communicate the analysis.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in analytics technology
Business Systems experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or finance
Proven experience (35 years) in an analyst role in the automotive industry
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R
Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
