    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsible for building, installing, configurating, and maintaining the reliable operation of computer systems (Windows Server) , network devices , and virtualization in both on-prem and cloud while adhering to network and system security standards.

    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical systems.

    Coordinate with department leadership to plan, design, and schedule the release of all software, hardware, and operating system updates.

    Install and manage all components of the IT infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco ASA and other network appliances

    Implement and maintain security measures, including firewall rules and VPN configurations, to protect the company's data and systems f rom cyber threats.

    Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to identify technical needs and implement effective solutions.
    Develop and enhance processes and technical documentation

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
    Working knowledge of Cisco ASA is a must
    Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in IT operations
    Proficiency in major Windows server components: AD, RDS, IIS, WSUS, GPO, DNS , SSL/TLS,
    Working knowledge of cloud virtualization technologies such as Azure
    Strong knowledge of systems and networking software
    Excellent knowledge of common protocols : TCP/IP, SSH, SMTP, SNMP , IPSec, VPN
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
    Additional Assets
    CCNA + Certified
    MSSQL Server administration

    Other certifications:
    CompTIA+, CSP, CISSP, MSCA+
