    Description

    Education:


    Expérience: Education College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

    Tasks:


    1. Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
    2. Prepare and post notices and advertisements
    3. Collect and screen applicants
    4. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
    5. Review candidate inventories
    6. Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
    7. Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
    8. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
    9. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
    10. Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process
    11. Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
    12. Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
    13. Recruit and hire staff

    Computer and technology knowledge:


    MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
