    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will ensure that technical designs are well-documented and adhere to Salesforce best-practice standards.

    The Senior Salesforce Developer will demonstrate adaptability to constant changes, maintain a growth mindset, and drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvements.

    DevOps experience is desirable, and proficiency in Salesforce Classic is a must, while experience with Salesforce Lightning is considered advantageous.

    Take ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions
    Document technical designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best-practice standards
    Innovate by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem
    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
    Utilize DevOps methodologies and tools for efficient development processes
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    ~7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
    ~ Proficiency in Salesforce Classic is essential
    ~ Experience with Salesforce Lightning is desirable
    ~ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices
    ~ Ability to document technical designs effectively
    ~ Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools is a plus
    ~ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are advantageous
