What are we looking for?


An
HR and Compensation Business Partner who will be an HR Business Partner to the head office team and will also contribute to the areas of compensation and benefits.

This is a generalist role for someone who enjoys the field of compensation and benefits or is interested in developing their skills in these fields.

This role reports directly to the Vice-President, HR and Communications.


HR Business Partner responsibilities (65%):


  • Support the head office managers and employees in HR matters; identify, recommend, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate to the improvement of HR processes, including the transition to a new HRIS.
  • Participate in various projects to improve the employee experience.

Compensation and Benefits responsibilities (35%):


  • Coordinate, plan and execute the annual salary review process.
  • Actively participate in the review, improvement, implementation and administration of global remuneration policies and programs.
  • For Canada, oversee group benefits programs and negotiations with the broker, manages employee support and communications, evaluate trends and formulates recommendations

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, CHRP designation preferred, or related field or equivalent experience
  • About 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience as generalist, with a strong interest in compensation and benefits
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to navigate in a global context and to influence senior management decisions.
