Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports.
Generate and interpret financial records and statements for management.
Completion and submission of the monthly, quarterly and year end reporting of consolidation results and supporting schedules.
Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual divisional forecasts and budgets.
Preparation of annual statutory financial statements.
Preparation of annual Canadian Corporate tax filings.
Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the organization.
Maintain the general ledger as needed.
Auditing, Financial Analysis and Financial reporting.
Perform any additional responsibilities that may be required by Management.

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Completion or in the process of completing CPA designation required.
At least 5 years of accounting experience preferred.
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Corporate tax knowledge is considered an asset.
Analytical skills are considered an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Excellent time management skills to meet various internal and external deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
