You will be supported by a strong team based out of Canada and India in your efforts. We are a 100% equal opportunity employer with Zero Tolerance for politics and bureaucracy.Developing Clients through relationship and client solicitation:
- Helping new and existing clients get the talent they need
- Being able to organize presales presentations and seminars
- Digging to get a deep understanding of client work environment
- Talking Shop with high level IT professionals
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching new customer groups, new clients, and new business strategies
- Formally meet with potential clients and make convincing proposals and presentations to secure new business and achieve established sales targets
Client Account Management:
- Keeping clients aware of our many service offerings
- Develop action plans and provide solutions to client recruitment requirements and engage recruitment team to deliver the service
- Actively gather competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors with government departments
- Making sales presentations face to face, on the telephone, and on the web
- Steer your client to successful deal closure
- Develop and manage business plan for your assigned accounts to be successful
- Contract negotiations with clients and contractors to deliver to client budget
- Responsible for compliance regarding vendor agreements and complete accurate invoicing information
- Proven success in selling IT solutions and IT Services
Talent Pool Development and Resource Database:
- Submit resumes on contract and Full-time Roles on a daily basis. (Minimum daily target is 8 resumes).
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly report for resumes submitted.
Team Management:
- Work closely together with recruiters to maintain close relationships with contractors working in existing clients, tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes
- Responsible for leading, coaching, supporting and motivating your team
- Identify development needs of team members and address these through role progression and personal development frameworks
- Onboard and train new team members and bring them up to productivity
- Direct and advise staff on client service
QUALIFICATIONS
- 24 years of experience working in a recruitment agency environment as an Account Manager or 360 recruitment
- Must have experience in IT recruitment and understanding of IT industry.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring of new recruitment consultants and account managers
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (i.e. human resources, business management, etc.)
- Experience working with customers either face to face or over the phone
- Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
- Strong team oriented working style
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 5:00 pm (including 30 mins of break)

Compensation:
We offer compensation commensurate with experience and at par with the industry.

$36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
