    Our private sector client, an innovative company that provides digital marketing solutions, is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their growing remote team.

    About you

    To be successful, you will need:

    • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong ability to build relationships and engage clients effectively.
    • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and contract management tools is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Willingness to travel and represent the company at events and tradeshows.
    About the role


    If hired, you will:

    • Acquire new clients via diverse methods like marketing, cold calls, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
    • Grow client base through maintaining strong relationships and upselling.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and present proposals to prospective clients.
    • Assess needs and propose customized marketing strategies.
    • Exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
    • Facilitate client onboarding and strategy development to implement successful programs.
    • Provide ongoing communication to offer clients support and valuable information and nurture relationships.
    • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at tradeshows and events.
    • Attend client and internal strategy sessions as required.
    • Assist with administrative tasks including email communication, customer service, and proposal collaboration.
