    How you'll create an impact:
    The crucial Part-Time Associate roles are essential for fulfilling orders for our customers in Canada, both through our eCommerce web operations and Retail Stores. Candidates must possess a strong attention to detail and excel in a fast-paced environment.
    Directly reporting to a Supervisor, the role includes:
    • Housekeeping, safety, and warehouse compliance
    • Accurate and efficient order picking and packing, labeling cartons correctly
    • Responsible for inventory management, cleanup, and replenishment
    • Responsible for quality and quantity in outbound cartons
    • Cross-training on different machinery
    • Utilizing Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners
    • Maintaining performance standards
    • Following all Standard Operating Procedures
    • Abiding by safety rules and procedures
    • Supporting Carter's culture and values with other Associates
    • Other assigned tasks
    If you are:
    • Skilled at multi-tasking and quick to respond to priority shifts
    • Detail-oriented and focused in a high-activity processing setting
    • Able to work well in a team
    Preferred skills and experience:
    • Prior work experience, particularly in distribution or manufacturing, is beneficial
    • Knowledge of RF scanners and WMOS is advantageous but not mandatory
      • Physical demands include:
    • Lifting cases up to 50lbs
    • Flexible to work various shifts and extended hours
    • Standing and working for extended periods
    • Engaging in physical exertion like walking, standing, lifting heavy items
    • Adapting to varying temperatures
    • Working flexible shifts between 7:00 am and 11:15 pm
