Customer Service Representative - New Westminster, Canada - Chevron
Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Daily cleaning and stocking routines
- Crosssell products and introduce new ones
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexibility
- Basic PC knowledge
- BCLC experience an asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$16.75 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
