Responsibilities:

The primary driver of all site activity will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to design, within budget, to project schedule, and to the required standard for quality.
Provide overall site management and direction to trades to ensure the project workflow is running smoothly.
Along with the Project Manager the Site Supervisor will need to create, manage, and drive the construction schedule.
Overseeing workmanship and foreseeing problems in advance before they arise.
Ensure your site is organized and adheres to the requirements defined in the Occupational Health and Safety Program.
Maintain open communication with the Project Manager and other members of the management team.
Provide progress reports on site activities.
Mitigate sitelevel issues as they arise and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
Maintain an organized job site.
Responsible for managing and ensuring proper construction site safety.
Effectively leads the daily onsite construction and assumes responsibility of the construction activities and subcontractors onsite.
Coordination of any and all consultant and city inspections as required.
Has the ability to create threeweek lookahead schedules and follow up daily.
Ability to identify productivity, or lack thereof, onsite. Escalating this to the office immediately to ensure work is performed on time and as per drawings, specifications, quality standards and budget.
Act as a resource for building/fire/health/AGCO inspections when required.
Must be hands on when required (heavy lifting).
Delivery of furniture
