TOP SKILLS & ABILITIES DESIRED
- Establish a thorough understanding of product line features and benefits.
- Develop indepth clinical knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to product line
- Manage leads with customers within a defined territory
- Build relationships with hospital staff, specifically Surgeons and Operating Room Nurses
- Educate medical staff including oneonone teaching during surgical procedures utilizing our medical devices.
- Provide product demonstrations and support.
- Assist with implementing provided business plans and effectively present them in order to facilitate the purchase of our products.
- Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Provide administrative requests from home office such as CRM, expense reports, and sales reports.
- A quick learner and extremely adaptive to changing work priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with proven ability to "multitask" and problemsolve
- You are a leader amongst your peers and understand the importance of developing and maintaining cohesive team relationships
- Contribute positively to the sales team through communication and sharing.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Possess a Bachelor's degree, emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, Business or related.
- Ideally Operating Room Medical Device experience
- Ideally bilingual French & English
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and effectiveness
- Direct sales background recommended but not required
- Ability to work outside of regular working hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Ability to multitask and work independently
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Hospitals with a main focus in the Operating Room environment
- Frequent sitting, walking, standing
- Frequent requirement for hand/eye coordination to use/operate equipment/devices
- Considerable interpersonal communication oral and written as well as communications through electronic formats
- Physical effort required by occasionally handling objects up to 50 pounds while in the field
- Must have personal vehicle and driver's license in good standing to cover territory
- 70 % travel within designated territory supporting Senior Sales team members
