Our Business Development Centre in New Minas is looking for a Customer Communications Specialist to join their team This is a Summer contract position that would be a great opportunity for a student
About the opportunity:
As a core member of the Business Development Team, you will be expected to answer customer inquiries and provide information or helpful suggestions about specific vehicles in our inventory that spark their interest. The goal is to assist the customer in booking an appointment with one of our knowledgeable Product Ambassadors to test drive the vehicle. We are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Availability to work shifts during business hours is a requirement.

You are an outgoing, confident team player with a positive personality and a flair for fun Your exceptional phone skills and ability to work well with computers will be key as we utilize several software systems to serve our customers efficiently.
