- Conduct/facilitate user sessions to solicit and document business requirements (regulatory, functional and non-functional) and business process issues (ensuring that necessary certification and audit controls are addressed). Identify solutions and/or formulate alternative solutions to satisfy requirements. Escalate issues to facilitate resolution.
- Liaise with various business areas and/or external vendors to facilitate planning and implementation of new applications/enhancements/upgrades to ensure delivery of effective solutions and system integration.
- Develop business process/workflow models. Contribute with the development of data models.
- Develop test plans, define detailed test cases, develop/locate test data and conduct user acceptance testing and sign off. Provide work estimates in effort to meet implementation.
- Develop and/or update user documentation, training manuals, system specifications and other internal/external communications.
- Provide application training for business users for new and/or existing systems.
- Provide application support for the installation, testing, data conversion, implementation and ongoing maintenance of systems.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing systems, procedures, forms and workflows.

- Minimum five years related business/systems experience.
- Minimum two years' experience in a Business Analyst role (including practical testing, requirement gathering and facilitation/presentation experience).
- Successful completion of a minimum of four Business Analyst accredited courses, (Requirement Gathering and Introduction to Testing are mandatory), or recognized Business Analyst Certification equivalent.
- Strong Business/systems knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures, and workflows.
- Proven knowledge of test methodologies, principles, and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with the ability to lead small test initiatives.
