You will be part of a fast growth online and mobile start-up in a highly competitive fintech industry using innovate ideas to capture market lead.

You will be leading our online/mobile growth strategies, you will integrate a marketing plan and a consumer acquisition strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build a marketing plan that maximizes revenues and increases users on web and mobile
Identify and implement creative ways to connect to our target market
Optimize conversion and drive growth
Prioritize, test and evolve those ideas on a daily basis
Help set up and manage multiple user acquisition channels, improve activation, retention, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and any other metrics that help drive our bottom line.
Analyze and interpret the data to suggest various mobile and website changes
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in Growth Hacking, User Acquisition, User Conversion and Analytics
1+ year of work experience in SEO
Experience with common SEO tool
Strong understanding and working knowledge of web analytics systems such as Google Analytic
Strong knowledge of online marketing channels including SEM, Affiliates and E-Mail Marketing.
Fluent in your ability to build, set up QA and measure success based on A/B testing
