Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan and execute programs focusing on quality and deadlines
  • Drives completion of all required deliverables, with a focus on customer quality feedback and established deadlines
  • Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs
  • Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications
  • Provides focused data analysis on project trends, budget, headcount and other metrics to provide projections and insight to the management team
  • Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions
  • Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports
  • Strong selfmotivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:


  • Strong Excel, PowerBI/EasyBI, and scripting skills for data analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and leadership ability, to work independently and with cross geography teams with diverse skill sets
  • Proven Project & Program Management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering based organizations
  • Team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines and an aptitude to thrive in a fastpaced multitasking environment
  • Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution team (Asia and North America emphasis)
  • PMP certification is nice to have
  • Agile
    development or certification is a bonus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:


  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is preferred
