    Essential requirements:

    • You possess 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and are comfortable working on a 100% commission basis.
    • You have either completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will do so before your commencement.
    • You harbor a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
    • You exhibit strong relationship-building skills and can connect effectively with diverse individuals.

    Desirable qualifications:

    • Experience in a direct marketing capacity, financial services, and a proven track record in high-value sales and business expansion, regardless of the sector.
    • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
