- Im Team arbeitest Du an der übergreifenden POS-Strategie im nationalen Apothekenmarkt (stationär und online) auf Basis der aktuellen Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen, der strategischen Ausrichtung sowie einer kontinuierlichen Analyse der relevanten KPIs mit und setzt diese um.
- Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung des jährlichen POS Drive Plans unter Berücksichtigung aller Sales Geschäftstreiber, mit Fokus auf Distribution sowie best-in-class Promotion Konzepte mit zugehörigen VKF-Maßnahmen und Sell-in Stories für den (e)POS, die den Shopper und unsere Absatzmittler (wie z.B. PTA/PKA) in den Mittelpunkt stellen.
- Im Team entwickelst Du die relevanten Sortimente unter Berücksichtigung von Category Management Ansätzen mit Ziel der Distributionsmaximierung und der aufmerksamkeitsstarken Inszenierung der Marken in ihrer Stammplatzierung, bei kontinuierlicher Optimierung der permanenten POS-Platzierungen.
- Bei der Vorbereitung der Net Sales Forecasts für die von Dir verantworteten Markengruppen leistest Du einen wesentlichen Beitrag und hältst die definierten KPIs proaktiv durch Monitoring nach.
- Du steuerst das Budget innerhalb Deiner zugehörigen Markengruppen.
- Du arbeitest aktiv mit cross-funktionalen Teams zur Touchpoint-übergreifenden Maximierung von Marktanteil, Umsatz und Produktempfehlung mit Marketing, Sales, Finance sowie der Supply Chain zusammen. Zudem arbeitest Du eng mit Agenturen sowie weiteren externen Dienstleistern zusammen.
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches (Fach-) Hochschulstudium
- Erste praktische Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing & Sales
- Hohe Identifikation, Begeisterung und Affinität für das Pharmacy-Geschäft, sowie starkes Interesse für das eCom Business
- Teamplayer mit positivem Mindset und "hands-on" Mentalität
- Sehr hohes Organisationsvermögen und strukturiertes Arbeiten
