Ihre Aufgaben

Als S&CM Manager*in bist du verantwortlich für die Erreichung der Geschäftsziele sowie für die strategische, Shopper und Handel orientierte Weiterentwicklung der Kategorie Deodorant.

Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

Du verantwortest die Konzeption der Go-to-Market-Strategie sowie von handelsgerichteten Markeninitiativen auf Basis der nationalen Marketingziele und Kommunikationsstrategie.
Du entwickelst die Sell-In-Materialien für den Handel und präsentierst die Konzepte den Stakeholdern im Vertrieb.
Du entwickelst und steuerst die POS- und Promotion-Strategien und setzt innovative Promotion-Konzepte auf Basis von Markt-, Kunden- und Shopperanalysen um.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und dem VAS Execution Team verantwortest du die Erstellung von POS-Materialien wie z.B. Displays.
Du führst deine Marketing- und VAS-Budgets eigenständig.
Du setzt Ziele für Sales Geschäftstreiber online/offline (Listung, Vermarktung, POS Visibilität) und monitorst diese eng. Du entwickelst geeignete Action Pläne bei Abweichungen vom ursprünglichen Ziel.
Du entwickelst Kategorie-Strategien mit Fokus auf Shopper und Handel für ein langfristig profitables Wachstum deiner Markengruppen.

Ihr Profil

Sehr gut abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss mit wirtschaftlichem Fokus
Relevante Erfahrungen im FMCG-Bereich eines Konzerns im Vertrieb und/oder Marketing, KAM Erfahrung von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Paneldaten (Gfk, Nielsen) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse
Kommunikationstalent, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Ausgeprägtes analytisches, strategisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen
Can-Do-Attitude, unternehmerisches Denken, Durchsetzungsstärke, Kreativität
Organisationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, selbständiges Arbeiten
Spaß an der Arbeit in multifunktionalen Projektteams
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
