    The ideal location is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, a grocery store, a fitness center, and an Exhibition GO Station.

    Pushing industry boundaries, Jukebox is a customer-first company offering beautifully crafted print products with unbeatable service. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team in the dynamic Liberty Village. Assisting customers via phone, email, and online chat
    Ensuring order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended to
    Remaining up to date with Jukebox's products and services
    Bachelor's Degree
    Customer Support: 3 years (call center, hospitality, retail, or similar positions)
    Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

    The Customer Service Representative position is full time and working hours are Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday with variations of 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM/12:30PM-8:30PM.

    Training shifts will be at our Liberty Village office Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM.
