    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Identify, attract and establish relationships with candidates in your market of focus
    • Identify, attract and establish relationships with clients in your market of focus
    • Build a consistent sales pipeline of job opportunities, and mushroom new accounts to generate repeat client business and cross referrals to other disciplinary teams
    • Client generation activities focused around diversified business development strategies
    • Candidate generation activities focused around diversified candidate attraction strategies

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Strong track record of business to business sales experience demonstrating consistent results and above average performance exceeding sales targets
    • Extremely competitive edge, with strong internal motivation and desire to win and excel
    • Experience in the recruitment industry is an asset but not required
    • Post secondary education with strong academic performance is preferred
    • Excellent negotiation, business development, client attraction and leadership skills
