    Development Portfolio
    Trico's development portfolio includes commercial, mixed-use, purpose-built rentals, and future older adult communities. The organization design-builds, owns, and operates all of its buildings and developments, including leasing and property management.     In the last four years, Trico has delivered over 400 rental units and 100,000 square feet of retail space through Trico Construction Management.

    This is a Full-time, Permanent position reporting to the President.

    The Director will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction for Trico Construction Management and overseeing the day-to-day project management, construction, and financial goals of multiple projects.

    Create and implement multi-year plans for Trico Construction Management.
    # Provide leadership to project teams and ensure successful project delivery.
    # Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
    # Manage all aspects of project development activities.
    # Prepare and update project documentation.
    # Provide guidance and direction to all staff.

    Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in overseeing development and residential construction projects. Ability to achieve aggressive growth plans, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of project management phases are required.
